Coaching and Mentoring

Coaching is designed to establish responsibility and accountability in practice through the development of competence and confidence, both at an individual level and collectively.

One to one or group coaching enables learning and development to occur, and performance to improve. As coaches we bring knowledge and understanding of the coaching process together with a variety of styles, skills and techniques appropriate to the context that coaching takes place. We integrate NLP principles into our approach to coaching.

We offer either stand alone coaching, or coaching in time linked to preferred management style within the service or organisation. The latter connected to culture transformation based on embedding adult to adult relationships and in so doing establishing accountability and responsibility in practise.

We are also experienced at establishing both mentoring systems within organisations, mentoring individuals, and building internal and sustainable capacity of mentor groups within services.
