Elaine Clough
Facilitator, Consultant, Coach
Elaine is an experienced Organisational Development and Leadership Development Consultant. She is a practitioner and facilitator specialising in working with the public sector for over 30 years. She has over three decades of experience in the field, including four years in a Russell Group University as a teaching focused academic and internal OD Consultant, several years in the National Health Service and more recently as a senior leader in the Police Services. She has worked extensively as an internal and external OD consultant nationally, in Europe and internationally, supporting organisations to maximise human potential through learning and development interventions or working in partnership with the strategic leadership to effect cultural change and transition, policy development and training design and delivery.
Elaine is a skilled facilitator, intuitive, strategic but also pragmatic. Her approach is predicated on equity in the consulting to relationship, collaboration and ensuring that ownership remains owned by the organisation but also individuals engaged in the change, organisation development and transition interventions.
Elaine is an accredited coach and qualified to administer psychometric tools such as MBTI, Insights discovery, MiRO, Talent Q Accreditation: 1 and 2 in assessing Ability and Talent in organisations and Heartstyles Psychometric Practitioner.
