Within the work environment, how organisations respond to  allegations of potential misconduct is significant. An ethical investigation is in the first instance fact finding, and must be, and must be perceived to be, as thorough, independent and analytical.

 

Given our significant background and experience within the world of HR, we offer both individual investigations following complaints and/or stress and culture audits for organisations and services utilising HSE stress risk assessment tool. Our approach consists of rigorous qualitative and quantitate data collection undertaken in an inclusive and timely manner. Our focus is then on recommendations and follow up action.
